Jason is a Co-Founder and Partner of Titan Partners. Prior to Titan Partners, Jason held leadership positions in the securities industry. Jason has participated in hundreds of capital markets transactions representing billions in gross proceeds raised. His extensive capital markets experience makes Jason a reliable source of capital for companies and trusted partner for institutional investors. Most recently, Jason led the Institutional Sales division at EF Hutton. Prior to that, he held positions at The Benchmark Company and ThinkEquity. Jason received his B.A. in Economics from Lafayette College, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. Jason holds Series 7, 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
Michael Sands
Co-Founder & Partner
Michael is a Co-Founder and Partner of Titan Partners. Prior to Titan Partners, Michael was a Vice President on the Institutional Sales team at EF Hutton. Michael has participated in hundreds of capital markets transactions, across a wide range of industries, representing several billion in gross proceeds raised. Michael’s institutional sales background allows him to provide differentiated advisory services to corporate clients. Michael received his B.A. in Economics from Union College, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. Michael holds Series 7, 57, 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
Ryan Konik
Co-Founder & Partner
Ryan is a Co-Founder and Partner of Titan Partners. Ryan has over a decade of experience in the securities industry holding management positions in Equity Capital Markets and Institutional Sales. Prior to Titan Partners, he was a Managing Director at ThinkEquity and led their institutional sales effort and was responsible for building their Equity Capital Markets group. Throughout his career, Ryan has participated in hundreds of capital markets transactions and representing billions in proceeds. He received his B.S. in Accounting from The State University of New York at Albany. Ryan holds Series 7, 24 and 66 FINRA licenses.
Adam Sands
Co-Founder & Partner
Adam is a Co-Founder and Partner of Titan Partners. Adam has held leadership positions in the energy industry. He founded and operates an independent exploration and production company that focuses on assets throughout the United States. Adam's transaction experience and successful track record as an operator and principal allows him to provide a differentiated approach to advising investment banking clients. Adam received his B.A. in Economics from Union College, where he was a captain of the men's lacrosse team. Adam holds Series 24, 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
Nick Motola
Head of Capital Markets
Nick leads the Capital Markets group at Titan Partners and has over a decade of experience in the securities industry. Prior to joining Titan Partners, Nick was a Managing Director at EF Hutton within their Capital Markets group. He has participated in hundreds of transactions accounting for several billion in gross proceeds raised. Nick received his B.B.A in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Nick holds Series 7, 66 and 79 FINRA licenses.
Jason Weintraub
Managing Director, Capital Markets
Jason brings 15 years of experience to Titan, having participated in billions of dollars of transactions across the capital structure, including equity, debt, M&A, restructurings, refinancings, and advisory. He is a trusted partner to board members, corporate executives and institutional investors, advising them on capital raising, balance sheet, and growth initiatives. Jason has held senior roles at some of the world’s most prominent financial institutions including BlackRock, Deloitte, Craig-Hallum Capital, and Alliance Global Partners. Jason received his Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and his BBA in Accounting from the University of Miami. He holds Series 7, 66 and 79 FINRA licenses.
Cam Williams
Director, Investment Banking
Cam is a Director in the Titan Partners Investment Banking group. Cam was most recently in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Bank of America. At BofA, he primarily focused on family and founder owned businesses in the middle market covering a wide range of industries. Cam’s M&A experience provides a different perspective and makes him a unique advisor to lower middle market issuers. Cam earned his B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University, where he was a captain of the men’s lacrosse team. Cam holds Series 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
Westley McGeoghegan
Director, Healthcare Investment Banking
Wes is a Director on the Healthcare Investment Banking team at Titan Partners. Wes has spent his entire career at the intersection of life sciences and finance. Before Titan, Wes was a public and private healthcare portfolio manager at The Eleven Fund. Before joining The Eleven Fund, Wes was an investment banker spending three years in Equity Capital Markets at Brookline Capital Markets with extensive experience in the origination and placement of biotech equity offerings. Wes began his career on Wall Street in equity sales at J.P. Morgan covering healthcare focused hedge funds. Wes earned a BA in Economics from Fitchburg State University, where he was a member of the men’s soccer team. Wes holds Series 7, 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
Quinton Curiale
Director of Operations
Quinton is a Director on the Operations team at Titan Partners. Prior to joining Titan Partners, Quinton led the international equity settlements team at RBC Capital Markets. His operational expertise ensures clients receive timely and effective solutions tailored to their needs. Quinton earned his B.Comm from the University of Guelph. Quinton holds the Series 99 FINRA license.
Sanjay Allahdad
Vice President, Investment Banking
Sanjay is a Vice President in the Titan Partners Investment Banking group. Prior to joining Titan Partners, Sanjay was part of the Investment Banking team at ThinkEquity. Sanjay has worked on a wide range of industries where he provided financial solutions to emerging growth companies. He has focused on various public and private transactions in the lower middle market. Sanjay earned his B.A. in Economics from New York University. Sanjay holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
Matthew Sica
Senior Syndicate Manager
Matt is Titan’s Senior Syndicate Manager and part of Titan’s Institutional Sales team. Prior to Titan Partners, Matt was part of the Capital Markets team at Joseph Gunnar. Over his career, he has developed an impressive network of Capital Markets relationships. He joins Titan with the goal to further build out our syndicate platform as a division of American Capital Partners. Prior to joining Titan, he participated in thousands of transactions, of which billions in capital has been raised. Matt graduated from Bucknell University’s Freeman College of Management with a B.A. in Finance. Matt holds Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.
Brian Lannino
Associate
Brian is an Associate in the Titan Partners Investment Banking group. Before joining Titan, Brian worked as a principal in the energy industry. He primarily focused on the day-to-day operations of the portfolio companies, as well as acquisitions & operational improvements. Prior to this, Brian was an Associate at Simon Quick, where he focused on portfolio management & fundamental research spanning public and private opportunities. Brian's business and research experience provides a differentiated perspective to Titan's investment banking clients. Brian earned his B.A. in Government & Law from Lafayette College, where he was a member of the men’s baseball team. Brian holds Series 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
Sarvesh Patki

Sarvesh is part of the Titan Partners Investment Banking group. He earned his M.S. in Data Science from New York University and Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering in India.
