Adam is Co-Founder and Partner of Titan Partners, where he advises clients on capital raising, strategic transactions, and corporate finance matters. Combining extensive transaction experience with a successful track record within the energy sector as both an industry operator and principal investor, Adam brings a differentiated perspective to helping companies evaluate opportunities, execute transactions, and achieve their long-term strategic objectives.
Prior to Titan, Adam founded and operated an independent exploration and production company focused on acquiring, developing, and managing energy assets throughout the United States. His experience as both an operator and principal provides valuable insight into capital allocation, transaction evaluation, and the strategic challenges faced by emerging growth companies. His ability to combine capital markets expertise with real-world operating experience allows him to deliver thoughtful, actionable advice tailored to each client's objectives.
Adam earned a B.A. in Economics from Union College, where he served as captain of the men's lacrosse team. He holds FINRA Series 24, 63, and 79 licenses.

Scott Buck is Titan’s Managing Director, Senior Research Analyst covering technology. He brings more than 18 years of experience in equity research and capital markets, having held research roles at Bank of America, B. Riley, H.C. Wainwright, and Macquarie Group. Mr. Buck holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Dennis brings over a decade of experience in equity trading and capital markets, focused on institutional execution. He serves as Director of Trading at Titan Partners, previously spending over 11 years at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he held roles including Director and Vice President of Institutional Equity Trading. He began his career at Morgan Stanley and has developed deep expertise in equities trading, client execution, and institutional market dynamics. Dennis holds Series 4, 7, 24, 57, and 63 FINRA licenses.

Michael is a Co-Founder and Partner of Titan Partners, where he advises public and private emerging growth companies on capital raising, strategic transactions, and capital markets initiatives. With more than a decade of experience across investment banking and capital markets, Michael has participated in hundreds of financing transactions across a diverse range of industries and products, representing over $15 billion in aggregate proceeds raised.
Michael works closely with management teams and boards to develop and execute financing strategies that support growth, strengthen company balance sheets, and enhance shareholder value. His experience spans public and private offerings, strategic advisory, and investor-facing capital markets initiatives, providing clients with practical guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Prior to co-founding Titan Partners, Michael was a Vice President at EF Hutton, where he advised growth-oriented companies on financing and capital markets transactions. Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise across a broad range of sectors and products, helping executive teams navigate complex market conditions and access capital efficiently.
Michael earned a B.A. in Economics from Union College, where he was a member of the men's lacrosse team. He holds FINRA Series 7, 57, 63, and 79 licenses.
Vice President, Institutional Sales & Senior Syndicate Manager
Matt is Titan’s Senior Syndicate Manager and part of Titan’s Institutional Sales team. Prior to Titan Partners, Matt was part of the Capital Markets team at Joseph Gunnar. Over his career, he has developed an impressive network of Capital Markets relationships. He joins Titan with the goal to further build out our syndicate platform as a division of American Capital Partners. Prior to joining Titan, he participated in thousands of transactions, of which billions in capital has been raised. Matt graduated from Bucknell University’s Freeman College of Management with a B.A. in Finance. Matt holds Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.

Kyle Bauser, PH.D., is Titan’s Senior Research Analyst covering healthcare Technologies. Dr. Bauser brings more than 12 years of experience in equity research and investment analysis, most recently at ROTH Capital Partners. Prior to that, he held senior research roles at Lake Street and B. Riley. He began his career in medtech equity research at Piper Sandler before moving into a corporate development role at Vascular Solutions, giving him a holistic understanding of both public markets and operating company priorities. Dr. Bauser holds a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Colorado College and a Ph.D. in Economics from the City University of New York Graduate Center.

With more than a decade of experience across investment banking, institutional sales, and capital markets, Jason has played a key role in hundreds of public and private financing transactions that have raised over $15 billion dollars for emerging growth companies.
Throughout his career, Jason has bridged the gap between issuers and investors as he has helped companies broaden their shareholder base, access capital, and achieve their long-term objectives. His deep understanding of investor sentiment and market dynamics enable him to provide strategic guidance to management teams navigating the capital markets.
Prior to co-founding Titan Partners, Jason led the Institutional Sales division at EF Hutton. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at The Benchmark Company and ThinkEquity, where he focused on capital raising for corporate issuers across a broad range of sectors and stages of growth.

Nick is a Director on the Institutional Sales team at Titan Partners. Before joining Titan Partners, Nick was Head of Institutional Sales & Business Development at Bell Potter Securities (US) LLC. Prior to that, he was on the investment team of a global asset manager and founding member of a boutique investment bank in Australia. He has facilitated hundreds of transactions and raised billions in gross proceeds. Nick received a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University in Australia and studied at the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University. Nick holds Series 7 & 63 FINRA licenses.

Director, Senior Research Analyst
Adam Kelsey, CFA, is Titan’s Senior Research Analyst covering infrastructure. Mr. Kelsey brings more than 10 years of experience in equity research and investment analysis, most recently at Craig-Hallum. Prior to that, he held roles across investment research and asset management, bringing a buy-side perspective to his coverage universe. Mr. Kelsey holds a B.A. in Economics from Hamilton College and is a CFA charterholder.

Nick is a Partner at Titan Partners bringing more than a decade of experience raising capital for growth-oriented companies. Having participated in hundreds of financings representing over $15 billion in aggregate proceeds raised, his deep understanding of the capital formation process and extensive institutional investor network allow him to help clients access capital and execute transactions efficiently across a variety of market conditions.
Nick specializes in structuring, marketing, and executing a broad range of equity financings with experience that spans public offerings, private placements, registered direct offerings, PIPE transactions, and other customized financing solutions across a diverse range of industries.
Prior to joining Titan Partners, Nick served as a Managing Director in the Capital Markets group at EF Hutton, where he focused on capital raising and transaction execution. His experience across both public and private placements allows him to provide clients with practical guidance throughout the financing process, from positioning to investor engagement.
Nick earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. He holds FINRA Series 7, 66, and 79 licenses.

Quinton is a Director on the Operations team at Titan Partners. Prior to joining Titan Partners, Quinton led the international equity settlements team at RBC Capital Markets. His operational expertise ensures clients receive timely and effective solutions tailored to their needs. Quinton earned his B.Comm from the University of Guelph. Quinton holds the Series 99 FINRA license.

Boris brings 17 years of experience in healthcare equity research, most recently serving as Managing Director of Biotechnology Equity Research at TD Cowen. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director at Oppenheimer & Co. and worked as a biotechnology analyst at Cowen & Co. and Rodman & Renshaw, LLC. Boris has been recognized by multiple industry publications and associations as a top ranked sector analyst. He holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics from Stanford University and a B.S. in Physics and Chemistry from the State University of New York. Boris holds Series 7, 63, 86 and 87 FINRA licenses.

Jason brings 15 years of experience to Titan, having participated in billions of dollars of transactions across the capital structure, including equity, debt, M&A, restructurings, refinancings, and advisory. He is a trusted partner to board members, corporate executives and institutional investors, advising them on capital raising, balance sheet, and growth initiatives. Jason has held senior roles at some of the world’s most prominent financial institutions including BlackRock, Deloitte, Craig-Hallum Capital, and Alliance Global Partners. Jason received his Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and his BBA in Accounting from the University of Miami. He holds Series 7, 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.

Brian is a Director on the Titan Partners Investment Banking team. Before joining Titan, Brian worked as a principal in the energy industry. He primarily focused on the day-to-day operations of the portfolio companies, as well as acquisitions & operational improvements. Prior to this, Brian was an Associate at Simon Quick, where he focused on portfolio management & fundamental research spanning public and private opportunities. Brian's business and research experience provides a differentiated perspective to Titan's investment banking clients. Sanjay is a Director on the Titan Partners Investment Banking team. Prior to joining Titan Partners, Sanjay was part of the Investment Banking team at ThinkEquity. Wes is a Director on the Capital Markets group at Titan Partners. Wes has spent his entire career at the intersection of life sciences and finance. Before Titan, Wes was a public and private healthcare portfolio manager at The Eleven Fund. Before joining The Eleven Fund, Wes was an investment banker spending three years in Equity Capital Markets at Brookline Capital Markets with extensive experience in the origination and placement of biotech equity offerings. Wes began his career on Wall Street in equity sales at J.P. Morgan covering healthcare focused hedge funds. Wes earned a BA in Economics from Fitchburg State University, where he was a member of the men’s soccer team. Wes holds Series 7, 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.

Gary was most recently in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Oppenheimer & Co., where he focused on advising middle market technology companies. Prior to Oppenheimer, he was with ThinkEquity, where he advised lower middle market emerging growth companies across a range of industries. His industry-focused experience enhances his ability to effectively position companies in the capital markets. Gary earned dual B.A. degrees in Finance and Economics from Muhlenberg College.
